The rising costs of "everything" coupled together with the difficulties of acquiring and retaining talent in a limited pool impacts many of our clients. Having provided resourcing solutions to clients for over 5 years, we've recognised and already proven that resources don't need to be in the same location. By carefully selecting strategic locations that provide highly educated, high quality resources at lower costs we enable our clients to calibrate capacity according to their growth, compliance and operational challenges.
Our Story
Our sister brands East Harbour and OKRAdvisory are consultancies which ultimately drive growth and improve strategy delivery. Over the years we've been involved with and helped our clients resource multiple acquisitions and divestments, as well as tackle regulatory projects, large remediation programmes and significant on-boarding volumes. We've helped resource these opportunities and challenges but recognise our resources were limited.
Post Covid our contractor network started to stretch across parts of the UK and Europe proving that remote working can be seamlessly integrated with any front or back office activity.
In this context we've now launched CAPSA Global and have carefully selected and extended our network to initially include South Africa. We can offer end to end resourcing and offshoring solutions and now have access to over 3 million candidates.
Why South Africa? Time zone and cultural affinity with the UK and CI were important factors, but labour cost, quality and scale of available talent for financial services and professional services were also significant drivers.
